hotels, and has recently had her work featured in the magazine
"Wedding Cakes a Design Source"
Her passion for cake decoration came from seeing other professionals working on
their creations. By watching and learning the skills needed to master the
finer points of sugarcraft.
Dawn now
makes her cakes as a profession
and thoroughly enjoys the challenge that
every
cake presents, as each one is as individual as her many
customers.
